Terms of use

These terms govern your use of brandmongo.com (the “Site”) and any services you engage from Brandmongo (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or engaging us you agree to these terms.

1. The Site

Content on the Site is for informational purposes. We update it regularly but make no warranty that it’s complete or current at any given moment. Don’t rely on it for financial, legal, or investment decisions without confirming with a qualified advisor.

2. Engagements

Any commercial engagement between Brandmongo and a client is governed by a separate written Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, signed by both parties. Those documents will supersede these terms wherever there is a conflict.

3. Intellectual property

All trademarks, copy, design and code on this Site are owned by Brandmongo unless otherwise marked. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Client work

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all creative assets and code delivered under an engagement are licensed to the client for unlimited use within their organisation. Brandmongo retains the right to feature the work in case studies and portfolios, with reasonable anonymisation if requested.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates Indian or international law.
  • Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Site.
  • Scrape, frame, or republish substantial portions of the Site.
  • Impersonate Brandmongo or its team in any communication.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We disclaim all such warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandmongo’s aggregate liability under or in connection with this Site shall not exceed INR 10,000. For commercial engagements, liability is governed by the signed agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
